Delivery and order receipt

PODRUZKA dispatches the goods after the invoice has been paid.

The sales agreement enters into force from the moment the prepayment amount specified in the invoice is received in the bank account of OÜ PODRUZKA.

After the sales agreement enters into force, meaning after the Buyer has paid the prepayment invoice, PODRUZKA prepares the order and hands it over to its logistics partners for delivery to the Buyer.

Delivery times

Orders placed and prepaid to the PODRUZKA bank account on business days before 13:00 will be delivered to the Buyer on the next day or according to the delivery time stated on the product page.

Delivery to islands may take up to 3 business days.

If a parcel is delayed for any reason, PODRUZKA customer support will agree on a suitable delivery time with the Buyer.

Important information for the Buyer

• To avoid delivery delays, the Buyer must make sure in advance that the entered contact details are correct.
• For orders from 50 €, delivery of goods within Estonia is free of charge, except for the DPD courier service.
• When purchasing goods, a PODRUZKA representative may contact the Buyer to clarify the delivery method.
• When ordering goods from outside the Baltic countries, the Buyer must choose a suitable delivery method.
• The delivery time depends on the destination country and the selected delivery method.

Delivery to Finland

NB! Orders to Finland are delivered via Itella Smartpost. The delivery service fee is 11 €.

Please indicate the nearest Itella Smartpost parcel locker.

Estimated delivery time for a parcel sent before the parcel locker is emptied:

• to Helsinki — within 1–3 business days;
• to other regions of Finland — within 3–5 business days.

Delivery terms and price list

The Buyer can review the delivery terms and price list in their online store account or by clicking the “Cart” icon on the homepage.

The express courier service is temporarily suspended and will be resumed as soon as possible.

Large parcels and courier delivery

• Parcels weighing more than 31.5 kg are delivered to the destination.
• The Buyer must ensure that unloading of the parcel is possible at the destination address.
• “Door-to-door” delivery means that the Buyer must arrange the receipt of the goods and carrying them indoors by themselves.
• The courier is not obliged to call in advance.

Damage and liability

• Goods damaged during transportation are subject to replacement, but their packaging is not.
• PODRUZKA is not responsible for delays in delivery if the goods were handed over to the logistics partner on time, but the delay was caused by circumstances that PODRUZKA could not influence or foresee.
