1. General Provisions

The owner of the online store www.podruzka.ee (hereinafter referred to as “Podruzka online store”) is Podruzka OÜ.

2. Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product Information and Prices

1. The sales terms apply when purchasing goods from the Podruzka online store.
2. All prices are displayed in euros and include value-added tax (24%). Delivery charges are added to the product price.
3. The delivery fee is calculated automatically based on the customer’s location and chosen delivery method, and is shown during checkout.
4. Product information is provided next to each product. The manufacturer is responsible for the accuracy of technical data; Podruzka online store is not responsible for any inaccuracies.
5. Product photos are illustrative and may differ slightly from the actual product.

3. Placing an Order

3.1. Order Process

1. Add the desired products to the shopping cart.
2. Fill in the required contact details.
3. Select the preferred delivery method.
4. The system will display the total amount payable.

3.2. Payment Methods

• Bank link (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele, Pocopay, Revolut)
• Visa/Mastercard payment
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Installments (Indivy, Indivy 3, Liisi ID)

The payment intermediary is Maksekeskus AS. Payments are processed in a secure environment provided by the bank or Maksekeskus AS; Podruzka OÜ has no access to customers’ banking data.
Important: after completing the payment, please click “Return to merchant” to confirm your order properly.

3.3. Conclusion of the Contract

The sales agreement is deemed concluded once the full payment has been received by Podruzka OÜ.

3.4. Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Mon–Fri) from 8:00 to 16:30.

4. Delivery of Goods

4.1. Delivery Methods

• Pickup in person (if available; pickup location is specified during checkout)
• Parcel machines: Omniva, Unisend, Itella, DPD

4.2. Delivery Costs and Times

1. The customer bears the delivery cost; details are displayed during the checkout process.
2. Delivery usually takes up to 5 business days; during promotional periods, up to 7 business days.
3. Podruzka OÜ reserves the right to extend the delivery period after notifying the customer in advance.
4. The customer will be notified of order readiness by phone or email.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Order Cancellation)

1. A private customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.
3. Food products are non-returnable; other products may be returned only if undamaged and in unopened original packaging.
4. To make a return, please submit a withdrawal form available on the website.
5. The customer bears the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product does not match the order or is defective.
6. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after Podruzka OÜ receives the returned goods or proof of shipment.

6. Processing of Personal Data and Direct Marketing

1. Personal data (name, address, email, phone) is used solely for order processing and delivery.
2. Data is shared with logistics partners for delivery purposes.
3. Newsletters and promotional offers are sent only with the customer’s consent.
4. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions in the email or by contacting epood@podruzka.ee.

7. Dispute Resolution

1. Complaints must be submitted in writing to epood@podruzka.ee.
2. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the customer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee of Estonia or the EU online dispute resolution platform.
3. The parties are liable for breach of contract in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
4. Podruzka OÜ is not responsible for delays or damages caused by force majeure circumstances.
